My Laptop Can't Connect to my home network

I just received a Dell Inspiron 5555 as a gift for the holidays.  After going away for a weekend I came home to my laptop still recognizing my wireless network, but says it can't connect.  Dell and Windows want me to pay to fix the issue, but this is my last attempt before I return or exchange it. Every other device has no trouble connecting to the router.  It's a Verizon Fios router.

Has anyone had this issue and fixed it?  I have about 2 more days before I send it back.  Thanks for anyone who can help!
