"Google Logo" in Black and White

Hi

I am facing an issue where the "Google Logo" that comes up when I open up the Google Home Page is in Black and White. All other websites like MSN and Yahoo is fine. I have downloaded Video Driver, Windows Scalable Utility from dell.. I am using windows XP and dont have Google desktop or Google Plugin Installed.Except the google logo everything else is displayed in color on the page.

I have Screen Resolution  set properly.
