Bluetooth Code 43 Error - solution published by Dell DOES NOT WORK!

My bluetooth headset will not work for my laptop for months. It is throwing an error code 43 Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems.

I've tried everything listed here and still I have the error. I am having to resort to buying a bluetooth dongle to completely bypass the Dell bluetooth driver. If this was not my work laptop I would throw it in the trash. Solve your issues!
