Tape in not mounting to drive
Hi All,
Am facing a problem with the following error , wat could be the fault. Is it the drive faulty or the os configuration corrupted. Please advise.

Need the syslog and inquire output to determine the error. Please confirm the O/S you are using.
Depending on the library, it will also have an error log.

Hi,
As suggested by Mike, you need to run inquire command and see the output. Also need to check the daemon.raw to see if it is an issue with hardware or configuration. Check if it has populated with any input/output errors.
