U4919DW, keyboard keys "sticking" when using a KVM switch

Hello, everyone!
I am using a U4919DW monitor and its built-in KVM switch. Periodically, the keys of the keyboard sort of "stick", it looks as if I pressed the key of the keyboard and keep it pressed without releasing. In some cases the opposite happens - the key pressed on the keyboard is "typed" with a slight delay (~ 0.5 to 2 seconds). At first I thought my keyboard (Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic) got tired and retired and I bought a new one (Logitech ERGO K860). But with the new keyboard via KVM switch the same thing happens. When I connect a USB dongle keyboard directly to a laptop or desktop PC everything works fine. For connections I use the cables that come with the monitor. The laptop is connected to the monitor via USB Type-C and the desktop via HDMI and USB 3.

What can this behavior be related to? Can it be a software conflict?

I just overpaid almost 1000 Euro for this monitor because of the built in KVM switch, but in fact it is impossible/difficult/ painful to use.

Model: U49191DW
Firmware: M2B107

Thank you for your response.
This could be one of the reasons when using a Microsoft keyboard and mouse, since separate USB dongles were used. Now I use a Logitech and one USB dongle for both keyboard and mouse (Logitech Unifying). No other USB ports are used (which is of course a bit of a shame - so many ports and only one can be used).

Hello everyone,

It has just been determined that the problem was with the use of Bluetooth headphones (Sennheiser HD 350 BT). At least when they are turned off, no unexpected keyboard and mouse behavior has been observed for half a day. All characters are printed without repetition or delay. The mouse also moves smoothly without any jerks and breaking. Since there are no such problems when connecting a USB dongle directly to a laptop or desktop (i.e. the Bluetooth signal and the signal from the USB dongle of the keyboard do not lead to interference), I can assume that this is due to the shielding of some internal components monitor. Can other users confirm or deny my guess about problems when using Bluetooth headphones?

Thanks!!! I too was having some "flaky" issues with my keyboard (wireless Logitech). I recently purchased a new (also wireless Logitech) mouse that I connected to one of my systems via BlueTooth. Once I removed that (connected using the USB-dongle instead), the flakiness stopped (well, so far anyway!).
