U4025W, stand broken
Hi there,
We've purchased a number of these monitors for our office and one has recently had it's stand stuck at the lowest setting. We can move the monitor back up, but it will always fall back down once not supported.
Any possible fix to try or should we just send this stand back?

Dell cannot replace just the stand. The stand ships from the manufacturer with the panel. The GHN agent would have to issue you a complete U4025W exchange.
On the right bottom, click the blue Get Help Now button to start the Chat conversation with the GHN agent. Share the private U4025W Service Tag number with them.
