U4025QW Weak Charging with XPS 9530

Hi,

My XPS 9530 Laptop states Weak Charging at start-up when I plugin the Thunderbolt cable from my Dell U4025QW monitor. In theory, it is impossible since the U4025QW is rated 140W. And the power adaptor with the laptop is rated 130W.

I get the bios warning at startup and the windows warning when I re-connect the thunderbolt cable. 

I use the cables delivered by Dell.

Any ideas?
