U2723QE, stripe like display
I just got my U2718QE. However, a clear horizontal stripe pattern can be seen. Is it because that LCD has some quality issue?

Update = After verifying ownership and completing troubleshooting, a DELL agent setup a like for like monitor exchange.

My phone is not good enough to capture the strips. The strips are only seen when the background is grey.
