U2720Q, Windows 10, RTX 2060 Thunderbolt 3, 4K 60FPS 10 bit not working

Hi

My MSI GS65-9SE laptop has an RTX 2060 with a DP 1.4 and a Thunderbolt 3 output.

I just bought a Dell U2720Q 4K 10 bit (8 bit + FRC) monitor. It came with a USB Type-C cable (C to C) and I can only have 4K 60FPS with 8 bit or 4K 30FPS HDR 10 bit graphic over that cable. If I use USB Type-C, I cant see my external monitor under Nvidia Control Panel. But, if I connect my external monitor via HDMI or DP I can see that setting. And that settings has bit change option.

I just want 4K 60FPS 10 bit and USB 3.1 support by Thunderbolt 3 for one cable solution.

Then I just ordered Thunderbolt 3 cable and a mDP 1.2 cable (I can't find mDP 1.4 cable) because I don't know if I can get 10 bit over Thunderbolt. Neither DP 1.2, may be bandwidth not enough for 4K 10 bit. I want to ask about these? I cant wait my cables. I will test and write experience.

1. Is Thunderbolt 3 output over iGPU? if it's true then it means dGPU render and sends data to iGPU then data transfer to external monitor?

Is internal monitor use Thunderbolt or iGPU? Because I can't see display settings under Nvidia Control Panel.

Internal monitor or external monitor via thunderbolt 3 may be it cause any lag in games?

Using external monitor with Hdmi/DP for gaming is better than Thunderbolt 3?

2. If i use Thunderbolt 3, is there anywhere to use my Windows 10 bit? Because I can't find any options to change color depth over 8 bit with my USB Type-C cable.

Has iGPU support 10bit?

3. I have a HDMI 1.4 (not 2.0) cable and I just try it. It can give full HD resolution with 8 bit and 12 bit under Nvidia Control Panel. If I use DP 1.2 cable then can I have 4K 60FPS 10 bit?

4. My laptop screen has 240Hz refresh rate. But I can't control screen panel under Nvidia Control Panel. I think it connect directly iGPU and Nvidia did not see it.

Is there any lag same as my first questions? Or is there any way to see my laptop screen under Nvidia Control Panel?

5. If I use 12 bit settings with 10 bit monitor is there any problem? Just wonder.

6. If I use HDMI or DP it will use always dGPU? Maybe it will give more smooth use?

Thanks for your help
