S2422HG, MPRT mode changes to Super Fast mode after reboot

Hi,

I have a problem with my S2422HG 165Hz curved monitor. Everytime when I enable Response time MPRT mode, it changes back to Super Fast mode after reboot. Is there a fix for it? I tried reinstalling display drivers but nothing works?

Dell Support must verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private S2422HG Service Tag with them.

In the Menu--> Game, is AMD FreeSync Premium set to On?

If yes see page 36 in the online S2422HG User's Guide =

What PC model?
What operating system?
What video card model?
How is the S2422HG connected to the video card using which ports and cable?

Do you have the same issue if connecting like this?

Radeon RX 6600 XT DP 1.4a out port --> S2422HG DP to DP cable --> S2422HG DP in port

Check the warranty status of the S2422HG. Go HERE. Insert the private S2422HG Service Tag in the blank.

* "after reboot" of the PC. The fact that you can use MPRT mode in an active setting means that the S2422HG hardware is functional. The S2422HG cannot make that change by itself. Something from the PC video card or driver is forcing that change on reboot in the S2422HG. Other S2422HG users will need to post their findings on this issue.

@DELL-Chris M is there a setting in my amd drivers that I can change to stop forcing the refresh rates from changing and can it also be from my bios?
