P2423D, black screen, no OSD menu
Dell P2423D
Hello!
I just got my new P2423D, turn it on but there is no video (HDMI or DP – checked both of them)
I cannot do BIST/BID and STFC because OSD menu is not openning
Some words about STFC…there is no info on turning monitor on about "no signal" or sth. else
Any ideas?

Well, yeah, I'm already tried this and this
And I'm using 100% works DP/HDMI cables and my laptop works with another monitors too

I see that you are currently working with Social Agent via private direct messages. Continue to do so. I will add my thoughts below.
* Turn the PC off
* Turn the P2423D off
* Disconnect every cable and peripheral device from the P2423D
* Press and hold in the power button for 8 seconds
* Reconnect the power cable to the P2423D
* Reconnect only one video cable from the PC to the P2423D
* Turn the PC on
* Turn the P2423D on. What happens?

@DELL-Chris M, I did sth before (see my previous message) but did it again (your instructions, step by step), – nothing happends
P.S. I didn't recieve any message from Social Agent for 5 hours…

Keep trying via the direct private message. They own the case and should complete the monitor exchange.
