P2314H, MacBook, not detected
Hello, the above model isn't detected by my MacBook when connected via HDMI to USB-C (via docking hub). I know the monitor works fine via VGA but this is not an option for me anymore. Any solutions/ideas why?

The P2314H does not have HDMI in port. It has =

my Mistake, it DP cable and the monitor is not detected with my DP cable connected. The DP cable I have is USBc output at the other end and is connected to a docking station.

So the MacBook is connected to an unknown dock. From that dock is a USB-C port. You are then connecting a USB-C to DP cable to the P2314H DP in port?
Is there a PC there with DP out port to test a straight DP to DP cable into the P2314H DP in port? This would be to verify if the P2314H DP in port is working or not.
