Dell Monitor Premium Support

I see that Dell offers Premium Support for monitors. But I can't see an article on Dell that explain what is covered and how it works. I need the information if it includes International Warranty since Premium Support on laptops/desktops includes International Warranty. Do they have the same type of support/service? Premium Support for PCs

The title of that document specifies, "PCs". You are confusing those (Premium Support, Premium Support Plus, International) offerings with the different, "Dell Premium Panel Warranty".

 

You should always look at the Dell sales site offering for a specific monitor model to see the applicable monitor model warranty offerings.

 

Premium Support, Premium Support Plus, International, pertain to Dell Laptops and Desktops.

 

Example 1, Onsite service. Dell monitors have never been offered with onsite service.

 

Example 2, Accidental Damage Repair. That warranty offering is not available on all monitor models. If offered, you would see it on the Dell Sales site for that specific monitor model.

 

The specific monitor model purchased from Dell Sales site country A has to be sold in the country B you are moving to for the warranty to be valid. Example, you buy the UP3218K monitor from the Dell USA sales site. You then move to New Zealand. We never sold the UP3218K on the Dell New Zealand sales site. So the purchased warranty would not transfer.
