Precision 7530, Ubuntu 20.04, no ethernet devices
I have a problem that I don't see any ethernet devices on my notebook. I should have an internal one and one from the Dell Dock. The Dock works fine with a E5590 notebook. I updated BIOS to version of June 2020 and also did available firmware upgrades with fwupdmgr. Any help would be appreciated.

Somehow the Integrated NIC was Disabled in the BIOS?
* Restart and press F2 to enter the BIOS
* Go to System Configuration
* Go to Integrated NIC
* Change to Enable
* Click Exit to save changes
