What do i do i follow the step guide for battery from dell and it semi work then stext-align: left;">

When the replacement battery you bought from Dell as a replacement or upgrade and you installed yourself is not recognized, perform the following steps.

NOTE: Dell Technologies recommends only using replacement batteries that were bought directly from Dell. We cannot guarantee batteries from any other source works in your computer.
NOTE: When your battery was recently replaced under warranty and it is not recognized contact Dell Technical Support.
  1. Turn the computer off.
  2. Remove the AC adapter from the computer.
  3. Remove the replacement battery.
  4. Press and hold the computer power button for 20 secs.
  5. Reseat the battery cable and install the replacement battery.
  6. After replacing the bottom cover back on, try to turn on the computer.
NOTE: When the battery charge is too low to turn on the computer, you must reconnect the AC and check to see if the battery is recognized. See Dell Knowledge Base article How to Check Battery Health Status on Dell Laptops for information about how to check the battery health status in the BIOS.
NOTE: When the replacement battery is still not recognized, reinstall the old battery to see if it is recognized (if available). This tells you if the circuitry on the motherboard still works.

If these troubleshooting steps did not resolve the battery-related issue, contact Dell Technical Support for further assistance.

I guess this step didn't help too :(

If none of the process works, either the new battery or charging circuitry is faulty.  Contact Dell Technical Support for further assistance.

Clear the system settings:  unplug the system, disconnect the battery from the system board and hold the power button for 30 sec.  Then reconnect the battery and check again.

Has the system been running Windows 11 Pro all along, or is this a new installation of it?  And was it a complete reinstall of Windows to upgrade to Pro?  And if so, did you install the power management drivers and software?

Your new Dell G15 5510 replacement battery is also facing issues with Windows 11 Pro. It appears that the problem may not be limited to the battery itself but could be related to compatibility or software issues between Windows 11 Pro and your laptop. It's recommended to check for software updates, drivers, and BIOS updates from Dell's official website. Additionally, you can contact Dell's customer support for further assistance in resolving the issue and ensuring that your laptop and battery work seamlessly with Windows 11 Pro.

Ensure that all your device drivers and the laptop's BIOS are up-to-date. Dell regularly releases updates that may include improvements or fixes for battery-related issues.

Check your power settings to ensure they are optimized for battery life. You can do this by going to "Settings" > "System" > "Power & sleep." Adjust the settings to optimize power usage.

Calibrating the battery can sometimes help the system recognize the new battery properly. You can do this by letting the battery fully charge, then allowing it to discharge completely before recharging.

Make sure your Windows 11 Pro is fully updated. Sometimes, Windows updates include fixes for hardware compatibility and power management.
