My Latitude 7390 non-touch has heavy/easy image retention

Hi.

Firstly I do know about the image retention (or image persistence) issue of LCD panel. I has experienced this issue on many other devices' lcd panel, such as my Iphone when I playing game for hours. But let me emphasize, it happens only when I keep the static images for at least AN HOUR or MORE.

On my Latitude, it happens just after TEN MINUTES. It's very annoying, the persistence image can be easily recognized in gray background. You can imagine this issue to be the same as the issue happen with Macbook Pro retina 2012 LCD.

I experienced the same issue with my another Dell laptop, that was Inspirion 7447. I put my trust on Dell again on Latitude 7390 then I receive the disappointment again about poor quality LCD panel.

This is static screen I left for ten minutes:

... then jumping to another gray-background screen, the image persistence can be easily seen.

P.S.

My friend also got a Latitude 7390 and it's a touch/matte screen version (not 2-in-1 version) and it seems not to have this issue. I inspect the LCD panel device ID, mine is AUO462D, and my friend's is LGD059B. I think if Dell seriously cares about end clients, then you should reconsider about AUO manufacture.
