Latitude 7200 2-in-1 second ssd (instead of wwan module)
Hi there!
I am a newbie here & i need help.
. I have recently tried to replace my wwan card module with second ssd module in my Dell Latitude 7200 2-in-1.
Ive purchased Western Digital M.2 NVME PCIe3.0x2 ssd (model SDAPTUW-512G-1012) to that end: https://imgbox.com/OBrpESR6
It have the following characteristics: interface: M.2 NVME PCIe3.0x2, form factor – M.2 2230 S3-B-M.
And as it claimed by the manufacturer, it works with Any Dell/HP/Lenovo laptops that use 2230 PCIe NVMe drives. On the other hand at screenshot below we can see the technical stamped mark «SSD 2230» near the wwan module zone. It leaves no doubt, that such a replacement provides manufacturer by itself. That’s why Ive installed it into my Dell Latitude 7200 2-in-1: https://imgbox.com/tUV8Q8uB
But it doesn’t working at all! Despite any BIOS changes and so on…
But there are a few themes on this forum, which tells us about such upgrade possibilities on similar devices: https://www.dell.com/community/Latitude/Upgrade-possibilities-for-Latitude-5290-2-in-1/td-p/6190701
Please, answer, which pci nvme ssd will work for sure as second ssd at the wwan slot in this system?
And also: what are the official details of such system upgrade by Dell.

And please, dont tell me, that its technically impossible to make the empty WWAN slot to take the second SSD! AND WHY THEN ITS MARKED «SSD 2230» near the wwan module zone?
Here is the proof: https://imgbox.com/tUV8Q8uB

I am sure about of existing the official upgrades for Latitude 2-in-1 systems! Here is the example: https://www.dell.com/community/Latitude/Upgrade-possibilities-for-Latitude-5290-2-in-1/td-p/6190701
But why I cannot get such answer abot of the similiar (and much more perfective) system, as 7200 2-in-1?!

Anybody thoughts about the possible impact of these settings on the current situation?

I have a 5290 2 in 1, intalled 2 ssds, M2.2280 1TB on the main slot, M2. 2230 512GB (SN520) on the second slot, works perfectly. I'll share the BIOS specs later

Welcome to the Dell Community @javier974
Yes, it is possible.
Please take time to read the post above yours.
He conferms it is posible and gives a part number for the 512GB drive.
Best regards,
