Latitude 5520 unexpected shutdown after sleep

Latitude 5520, Windows 10 I put the laptop into sleep at the end of the day, by the next morning it is in shutdown state, and when i turn it on it gets to the "recovery it looks like windows didn't load correctly" screen. From this point Windows can load without any problem. In the Event viewer there is a similar line: The previous system shutdown at 11:36:36 on ‎2021. ‎07. ‎05. was unexpected.

If I just put the notebook into sleep, and wake it up in some minutes it works fine.

Any idea what's going on? How could I diagnose this more and solve it?

edit: also is it normal after sleep the lock and the power button still have lights on?
