dell latitude e6320 stuck at boot logo
My dell latitude e6320 is stuck at boot loop
d+power button works displays many colour
fn+power button it says diognostic boot selected and remain stuck
when only power button pressed
when fn+power button pressed
also gets warm so maybe cpu is ok

Disconnect the AC adapter and remove/disconnect the “Main” battery.
Disconnect the “Coin-Cell” battery.
Connect ONLY the AC adapter for 3-5 seconds.
Then disconnect the AC adapter.
Connect the “Coin-Cell and Main” batteries ONLY.
Turn the laptop over and open the lid.
NOW connect the AC adapter.
It should try to automatically boot 2-3 times.

i gave to a fixing shop they couldnt open two screw they striped it so i dont know how to open a very tight screw and striped
but some time it auto shutdown from stuck dell logo with battery and keep the wifi and charging led on and disk led blinking
