Dell Latitude E5440 Display Issues

Hello everybody out there!

So, I have a Dell Latitude E5440 notebook. It was working perfectly fine until a few days ago all of a sudden my Integrated webcam stopped working. I thought that might be a software issue because I had been using a webcam and It had been working fine. I tried every software-related fix I could. changed drivers ran pre-boot diagnostics, changed windows, cleaned my drive, and then installed a fresh copy of windows, etc but all efforts went in vain. I was frustrated and then I thought a loose connection might be the culprit. I decided to remove the display bezel of my laptop and check the cable connecting camera to the motherboard. Taking assistance from user manual, I removed the display bezel with utmost care. I disconnected and then again reconnected the cable connecting my camera. When I turned my laptop on to check whether the webcam has been fixed or not, I saw different colored lines on the left of my display and a sort of blank ink seemed as if its dropped inside the display. I thought maybe its because of the display cable. I again removed the bezel, took the display panel out and removed LCD cable, and then connected it again. After turning on my Laptop again, this time I saw wider and this time now half white and half black sort of lines on my display.

Please help me with this issue. I am 100% sure, I did not put any pressure on-screen while removing the display bezel for the camera then how did my screen got damaged. Pictures of my screen are attached below.WhatsApp Image 2021-05-03 at 12.28.16 AM.jpegWhatsApp Image 2021-05-04 at 3.13.35 PM.jpeg

Whatever you did, this is a physically broken LCD panel that will need to be replaced;  it cannot be repaired.
