Dell Latitude 5420 Audio Driver Issue [Mic Detection]
Hi Team,
We're facing an issue with Dell Latitude 5420/5320/5520, where the audio drivers are not detected for headsets! We tried to update the latest driver available Realtek HD audio driver (6.0.9261.1 A10) and Realtek HD audio driver (6.0.9247.1 A09).
However, we also tried to update the complete driver package A05 in Dell latitude 5420! After applying the audio driver version (6.0.9247.1 A09) Out of 3 models, we made it working only for one.
Do we have any permanent solutions/fixes to apply the same for all existing models! Attaching the screenshots for reference!

Hi Team Thanks for your response. Since the model is not available to me, I am not able to provide you with details for the same! Is it a generic issue with particular models, could you please assist here
