Can't find an old version of Intel serial IO

I have Dell Latitude E6330. It runs Windows 7 and the touchpad does not work. The touchpad driver offered by Dell only works with when Intel Serial IO is already installed. Neither Dell or Intel offer a version compatible with Windows 7.
