Cannot see secure boot option in my bios

I use dell optipex 390. I cannot see secure boot in my bios. I need to enable it for a game. I am unable to find that option. Please help

Secure boot requires the system be in UEFI (not legacy/CSM) mode, and that you have a UEFI-compliant, 64-bit Windows OS.

If the system is not running in UEFI mode, or you're running a non-supported (32-bit OS and/or older than Windows 7), you can't use secure boot.

@ejn63​ i use windows 10 and 32 bit system. How should i enable uefi.?

@Lalith...​ i have the same error i want to activate secure boot but there is no option to activate it. I want to activate TPM 2.0 too but i have 1.2 (optiplex 990) can i upgrade my TPM ?

Can't just upgrade TPM's.  System has to already have it
