Windows 7 Installation problem
Hello,
Recently we have bought some Dell Vostro 3450 Laptops. While i was installing Windows 7 Enterprise edition to those laptops strange thing happend which i never came across. Message is,
"Windows setup could not configure windows to run on this computers hardware"
We are using Dell D630, Dell E6400, Dell E6410, Dell E4310 & Dell Vostro 1520 laptops and those are never given me any error messages like this. I tried changing the SATA mode in Bios to AHCI & ATA but it was failed.
What could be the cause of this error? Any help regarding this will be a great help for me... :)

Hi Nuwa,
Welcome to Community. The only thing I could think of is the Sata operation in the Bios, but you have already tried that. I did some research and came up with the below link from microsoft.
