spilled water in keyboard
I spilled water on the LCD and into the keyboard on my Inspiron 4150 and now it won't power help, can anyone help

I do believe you shorted out your system. I hope you have a warantee(with accidental damage coverage), because if you don't, you just wasted a bunch of money.
Call Dell Tech Support for more help, (and beg them for mercy)

If you haven't already, pull your memory, harddrive, any removeable hardware and let it dry for several days. Be careful when you are removing your memory and harddrive as they are static sensative. If you are uncomfortable doing this take it to a professional and tell them what happened.
If it will not work after that....sorry :(
