Smart card reader USB

When I recieved the reader from dell they did not give me any drivers for it. So my computer is not seeing it. Can anybody help. It is not the keyboard one. thanks for any help

What model computer?

The model of my laptop is Inspiron 8600
The reader is a GemPc Twin

I downloaded the software from that site..and I still do not get the USB cardreader in my menu on the bottom right. I know it is something stupid I am over looking. Thanks for any more help you can give.

OK.  You can get what you need for this right here:
 
 
I set up several of these after formatting the hard drives and it was a real bear to resolve this problem.  Hope this works for you.
