Screen really zoomed out after repair? Don't know how to fix.

So I got a repair on my Alienware 17 laptop a few weeks ago, and it just came back today, and when I logged on, my desktop was surrounded by a big black border, as if the image was too small, even though it fit perfectly on my desktop before I got the repair. I went onto the internet and I noticed that the screen on the browser is also really zoomed out. I tried changing the screen resolution, and I noticed that it was default set on the recommended resolution, but everything is zoomed out. Every other resolution is either still zoomed out, or too zoomed in. I can't get it back to how it was before the repair.

The repair was one the LCD Panel because I dropped the computer off the bed and the screen started glitching.
