Does sound work with the notebook at all?   If not then I suggest completely uninstalling the Realtek software and reinstalling from the following link.

www.dell.com/.../DriverFileFormats

If audio works fine and it is only the button that isn't working I suggest installing Dell quickset and see if that helps.

www.dell.com/.../DriverFileFormats

Please let me know if this helps.

I am happy to read that the wavemax button is working correctly.  If you continue to have errors bringing up the Sound Blaster software you may have to uninstall and reinstall it.

The Sound Blaster software is royalty based and isn't available to the public.   It may be on your Dell downloads although I am not sure.  Log on to your account on support.dell.com and see if it is available.  If you have Dell Digital Delivery installed on your notebook you may be able to download the Soundblaster software from there.  Here is a link to the Dell Software Download Center.

Hello,

Actuall I got the the Sound Blaster software DVD with my laptop purchase so first I uninstalled the software and then reinstall it with given DVD and it's working properly.

So do the same procedure.

If you don't have DVD then download the software from link given in Terry B answer.
