Hello,
I want to exchange my Dell Inspiron 1545 with new dell laptop (higher config.)
Does dell provide any such option?????
I am from Bangalore, India.
Plzz revert with the solution.

Your best bet is to sell the system privately - you still won't get a lot for it (figure on $100-150 at most), but it'll be more than you'll get any other way.
