My Dell Recognizes Touchpad As A Compatible Mouse

Hey guys... I am  new to this community. I was using HP laptop for like, 4 years. But I wanted to change to Dell as everyone says it's better & faster. Anyways, now, my touchpad works great, " tapping and moving the pointer" but there isn't any touchpad features. Like "Zooming, Scrolling, etc." As I was using 'em all the time in my last HP device. I really want to have them on this Dell too.

So in my last pc. Every time, when I format it " the HP one" it was giving all the drivers & updates right after finishing formatting directly from Windows Update. On this dell, it gave me drivers for Bluetooth, Graphic card, etc. But didn't give me "Synaptics touchpad driver"

When I entered device manager, my touchpad recognized as " PS/2 Compatible Mouse " instead of "PS/2 touchpad" As I think it should be like that, so guys, please if you know any solutions for this, type 'em bellow.

Thanks so much.
