Neither the memory (RAM) nor the SSD is soldered on this model. Soldered-on memory and SSDs are Apple's purview - not Dell's.

I had this info from Dell's sales support but for me was incredible.
Do you know if CN57002 has a m.2 ssd and if there is a free sata slot?
