How can I rotate my monitor view?

Ok, so I'm the thicky on this forum! My young daughter has pushed the screen of my laptop completely flat (as in open) and now the display on the monitor has rotated 180 and is upside down. No matter what I try (shutting the laptop, searching on help etc. it just won't rotate back again. Please help as currently I have to type and read everything upside down!
