Dell XPS 9360 recent video freezing issues

Hi!

I've had some problems with my XPS 13 9360 recently where video freezes for a few seconds quite every now and then (every few minutes sometimes). This happens when i watch youtube or stream video from elsewhere aswell.
A few times this happened, I saw an error message: "webGL encountered a problem"(this was on youtube) which basically crashed the video and I had to reload it. I solve the problem by exiting fullscreen and then refresh the site. I can sometimes watch for longer without any streaks if im lucky.

I updated windows 10 a few days ago and I'm not exactly sure but I think the problem might have started to occur after that update. 

How can I solve this problem and where do I start to tackle the problem?
