Dell Inspiron 13 500 (5379) Realsense Camera

Hello Dell community
I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 13 500 series which I'm delighted with its perfect for why need.
I was wondering whether anyone could shed some light on the internal WebCam that's on the version that I have.
I know it's 3D and made by Intel from their RealSense range but I need the specifics as I'm having trouble getting it to work on
some software that I use called KinesicMouse from a company called Excissity.
The camera is all working well with features such as the Microsoft hello login working seamlessly however this other software does not seem to work
so need the exact details before I start bugging the developer.
Not sure if it's an incorrect camera unsuitable or whether it's the Windows 10 media Creator update that has bugger all up.
The camera is a developer product and need a SDK which may be the problem but I won't known  and be able to troubleshoot until I know whether the camera is up to mustard.
I have looked in the device manager and properties but it simply refers to as a WebCam 3D.
I cannot see any details on the Dell site I have looked.

I did google and find this article below about the Inspiron range but it's two years out of day so nearly a decade in real years!

For the first time, Intel RealSense 3D Camera Front F200 will be available on the Inspiron 15 5000 Series laptop and Inspiron 23 All-in-One desktop. The 3D camera enables new ways to interact in gaming, entertainment, collaboration and content creation, allowing users to download from a library of new apps in the Intel App Showcase that take advantage of the camera’s depth sensing capabilities.

Thank you in advance for any information and help.

Best regards
Sean

I'd suggest updating the Chipset and Realtek IR Camera drivers (Mouse, Keyboard & Input Devices) in correct order (or one by one) to see if that will make any difference.

Hi LSUFAN51

Thank you very much for taking the time to respond to my help request.

You have confirmed what I finally got out of Dell telephone support yesterday that being that I was barking up the wrong tree and the Realsense  camera is not fitted and it's a Realtek.
