Dell cancelled order

Dell habe cancelled my order despite the product still being available and them taking the money. The person on the phone was less than helpful what is the best way to deal with it?

When an order is canceled the money is refunded back to your credit card.

Thank you for your message. We strive to provide a great purchase experience for all of our customers. I regret we missed the mark in your case.

An order can be canceled for multiple reasons could be the account is not verified, there could be parts shortage or vendor related problems where there is no ETA.

Please click on my Dell username & share the order number along with the registered name & email address.

Although the is nothing that can be done on a canceled order, we can check the reason for the order being cancelled, if this is cancelled for a verification issue you will first need to get your account verified to avoid future cancellation.

Pricing error it seems, and now i cant purchase elsewhere as my funds are not available, what a joke company
