It might be, but that's quite old by now.  You would probably be better off with the newer versions, specifically D3100 or D6000.  The latter would also be able to charge the system if you connect it via the USB-C port, which docks that use USB-A ("regular USB") connectors do not, such as the D3100 and D1000.

In fact, given that the Latitude 11-5175 has a USB-C connector, you should consider the WD15 above all of the others, because unlike the other docks I just mentioned, it would drive the attached displays via a native GPU output wired to the USB-C port.  The other docks, including the D6000 when connected via USB-C, use a DisplayLink chip to compress display data on the system and then send it to the dock as regular USB traffic, and the dock then decompresses that data to pass to the displays.  The problem is that this can lead to compression artifacts (blockiness, strange motion) under certain circumstances.  The WD15 would never have that problem, and your system is listed as compatible with it, which indicates that your system's USB-C port supports video output (not all USB-C ports do).
