Changing Background Picture
I want to change my desktop background picture but my computer won't let me.
I right-click on the desktop and select properties and the options are...themes, screensavers, appeances, and settings. It seems like something is missing...if so what do I do and how do I go about fixing it?
HELP PLEASE!!
