can't open iTunes

Before I moved the music file to DATAPART1 and when I downloaded iTunes from the internet, but I couldn't not open it, and it said that it isn't in the "music" file, then I tried to move the DATAPART1 into the music file but it won't let me because of the system volume information, when I tried to delete it or moved it away, it won't do anything, so what can I do.  I have a laptop: inspiron 1520
