Can't Delete File from Desktop

I flashed my 9100 with the A05 BIOS update and everything went fine. However, I am now unable to delete the I9100_A05.exe file from my desktop. All attempts to do so result in an error saying the file is in use. I've rebooted, logged in as administrator, and booted into safe mode, and the result is always the same.

Any ideas on how I can get rid of this file now that I'm done with it?

For cases like this I use Dr Delete.

Also, while offline, disable your AV and then try to delete that file. See if that helps.

I normally use safe mode and it works. In your case you'll probably need to go into DOS.

Dr. Delete worked just fine. DOS isn't an option because I'm running Windows XP, so there's no DOS to use. Even if there was, the disk is formatted NTFS, so DOS couldnt' read it. :P
