can I power up my laptop from wireless keyboard

Our new Dell 1520 is wired to power, a monitor and a Logitech Wave wireless keyboard and mouse. I can power down the system to sleep mode from th keyboard but cannot power it up without using the laptop power switch. I'd like to emulate a desktop config and have the laptop remote. Is there a solution to power up from the keyboard?
