My computer is discoverable .everything's in order except it won't allow a device to connect so it can't receive files.also "send by Bluetooth to" option in context menu no longer appears.  Allow a device to connect option is greyed out. I downloaded the drivers but when I tried to uninstall the old driver it didn't show up in programs and features when I searched. Its driving me nuts. Am running windows 8.1 dell inspirion 3521.help!
