Alternate keyboard layout / Inspiron 3542

Hello all... I just got a new Inspiron 3542 which I bought on-line. The keyboard is a dual US / French layout...  The US layout matches the primary keyboard layout OK, but when I switch to the "French" layout, the keys are "close" but not all of them match the alternate keyboard. Actually the computer came loaded with the "Canadian Multilingual Standard" (CMS) layout (besides the US layout), but the CMS was way off the alternate keys... I "played around" with several layouts and the closest match I could find was the Canadian French layout (CAFR). Yet, there are still a few keys that don't match what I type: for example, the lower case of the "? É" key should be a ' character (to make á, ó, í etc) but when I type it, the "é" character comes up instead. Likewise, the lower case of the US "=" key should come up as "3/4" (that's what's on the keyboard) yet "=" comes up instead.

I just want to know WHAT is this (alternate) keyboard layout my laptop has... (see attached pic) It's very close to CAFR, but not quite... Any help on this greatly appreciated...!!
