A red Vertical line in my laptop screen

Hello!

I've been using DELL Latitude D520 Laptop for 2 years now, then all of a sudden I saw a red vertical line on the screen. it is a clear red line (but not so thick & dark) located about 1/3 from the left of the screen. I've checked it with an external monitor, its working fine & I think it might be a LCD problem not VGA. please help!!!

Can any one give me the contact details of DELL service center in Sri Lanka. I'd appreciate your help very much.
