3 e d c keys are not working & Screen Flickering

​Hi,​

​1) The keys 3 e d c are not working with inbuilt laptop kayboard, but extternal key board is working fine.​

​My Laptop Model: DELL INSPIRON 14R - N4110​

​When i did Diagnostic test the below error was shown:​

​ Error Code: 2000-0415​

​ Validation: 22351​

​ Msg: Cables - Check the following cables : Keyboard​

​2) some times screen is flickering, its going if i do move the laptop monitor up and down ​

​Please assist me to resolve the problems permanently​
