@DELL-Cares

Finally I solved my solution

I tried to downgrade bios version and finally got success.

Now, access Bios and Boot Menu and reinstall windows again

This seems to be an issue with the Windows OS. Has there been any recent software changes made like installing a new game, application or Windows updates?

Restart the computer & tap F2 to get into BIOS & set BIOS to defaults.

If the system still does not boot, try a system reset. When you see the Dell logo power off the computer using the power button. Turn it back on & power off again using the power button when you see the Dell logo. Try this for 3-4 times &the system enter the advanced repair options where you can reset the system back to factory settings.

Please note- There are chances that you may lose all data.

Welcome to the Dell Community @Handsome Devil

Try holding down the " D " key and power-on.

Does it cycle through the Display Test???

To better assist you, the members would need the exact model number of your laptop/desktop???

Identify your Dell:

I actually have the same problem but it’s a bit different. My desktop was fine when I had to left to get groceries, but I found out my brother had tampered with it when I got home. My dell computer is a bit old, however the computer is stuck on a black screen when i turn it on. The dell loading screen appears, but after it loads it is stuck on a black screen, with a white underscore flickering as though I should be able to type something, but when I try to click a key, it makes a beeping sound.

How to downgrade bios through black screen?

November 15th, 2021 15:00

i'm actually unable to reach BIOS as well, as I turn my computer on, it gives me the dell logo, and when I try to boot into BIOS by either F2 or F12 keys, it shows me the 'loading BIOS' and the bar on the screen and turns off

Depending on the system model, this article (How to Recover the BIOS on a Dell Computer or Tablet)  might help.
