Repeated issues with some keyboard keys after waking up from sleep/standby mode

Hi

For some reason I cannot quite get, in the last couple of days, when the notebook wakes up from standby a number of keys, noticeably Enter, Space, Backspace suddenly do not work. I noted a restart does not get them to work, but the first time it happened, after reading about a long list of steps to try out from Dell support, I first tried out running diagnostics in BIOS, but because of the extremely loud peep tone it made in a library (any way to reduce the volume???), it scared me and made me shut it down in panic to avoid being thrown out. I could not even read the message it showed at the time. After that, when I turned it on, the issue was gone, but not for long. Of late, I have been using troubeshooting of the keyboard using SupportAssist, in which those keys work during the test, after that it works for a while.

My notebook has all available Windows & SupportAssist provided updates installed. I am not sure what triggers this issue so I ask the community if anyone knows this problem and how to deal with it once for all. As said, I think other than once, it has happened when the notebook is coming from standby/sleep.

This is Dell Inspiron 15  5570, 2018 with Windows 11.

Thank you in advance
