No video but keyboard lights up and occasionaly SupportAssist will display

I have a Inspiron 7573 2-in-1 that just went out of warranty 3 months ago and now it will not post. When I press the power button, the power button and the keyboard will usually light up, but the screen will remain black. I also noticed the fan isn't spinning up as I believe the fan is suppose to always spin up when you turn on the laptop. During this time, there is no beeping sounds or flashing patterns/codes from the battery LED. If I wait a few seconds, maybe 20 seconds or so, it will usually either power back off or act like it's powering back off, but then the power LED and keyboard will light back up like it's trying again. It seems to do this continuously, and the only way to interrupt this pattern is to disconnect the battery, which requires disassembling the laptop since the battery is internal. Though every time I disconnect the battery and reconnect it, when I power it back on, the behavior seems more random. Sometimes it will do the same as above while occasionally the battery LED will blink 7-2, which is LCD failure, which seems strange since also occasionally I will get the the SupportAssist to actually show on the screen. From there I have ran all the tests, even selected the thorough option, and every thing passes. The screen never flickers or acts unstable. I can use the touch screen and tap all over the laptop and never show any issues with the screen, so I'm curious if the 7-2 error could be a false positive. Also, if the LCD was bad, shouldn't I be able to connect an external monitor? I've tried connecting one, but I never get anything on the screen.

I have removed/disconnected about everything possible from the system board trying to narrow it down. The only thing that causes a different error is when I remove the RAM, which returns a memory error. I have also tried swapping the memory chip to the other slot, but no difference. Unfortunately, I only have one memory chip to test, but it should be good since SupportAssist said no issues were found with the memory.

Currently, I have SupportAssist running now for over 1hr. It's been done for awhile, I've just let it sit there because I know if I reboot, it will start doing the same thing again. I also tried clicking the BIOS setup option at the start of the SupportAssist menu, but even that caused the laptop to go to a black screen and reboot giving the same issues as stated above.

I don't understand what this laptop's problem is, especially when the SupportAssist keeps saying everything is fine. Any suggestions!?
