My Laptop (Inspiron 14 7400) screen's frame broke and my display is now black.

I bought my laptop in 2020. My laptop's screen's frame broke. It's a very thin plastic frame, and it broke due to pressure of the aluminum body of laptop, when I open and close it, the frame got pressure from that and it broke. The screen than got partially black, when I touched it and try to kind of press it, it went completely black. I want to repair it. It's very important for my studies. Can someone tell me what I should do and how much repairs will cost?
