Laptop Keyboard
My Inspiron 15 3000 series laptop keyboard not working but external keyboard does. I tried removing battery and booting normally but it didn't work problem still persists.

Replace the keyboard (or the keyboard-palmrest assembly on most newer systems). If you need a part reference, post the full model number - Inspiron 3593, 3501, etc. That will appear on the boot screen (F2 a few timest at powerup to access).
