Inspiron 7380, battery issues, #4
My Inspiron 7380 battery was damaged within one and a half year, but I always shut down the laptop and unplug the charger after I worked. Is it true that Dell laptop battery life normally lasts between one and two years?

We see that the system is over a year old. The battery has only a one year warranty that starts from the date of the invoice. In this case, we would be unable to replace the battery in warranty. You could contact the regional team to purchase a battery and get it in installed on your system. Refer to this link to find an authorized service center near you.
You could also do an internet search for the Inspiron 7380 battery part numbers below. See page 14 in the Inspiron 7380 Service Manual for battery removal instructions.
